Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase then we are here to resolve your concern/issue. We will be delighted to exchange any item returned in a saleable condition, with its receipt and original packing. Please note that due to your laptop Screen settings and photographic lighting, the product color may vary. Moreover, all fabric pieces, or patches included in the product, are mentioned in the product description on website. We will only be accepting those products for exchange/return that either have manufacturing issues, wrong sizes and the shipment of the wrong items.
No extra amount will be charge for the exchange of the same product, however exchange will entirely be dependent on the availability of the product. Exchange with a different product is also possible but the additional cost of the exchange product will be paid by the customer.

After getting your exchange/return query, your order will be first checked by our relevant team after assessment you will be offered an exchange (depending on the availability of the product)

Refund:
We have no policy for refund, however in case of non-availability of the product, or if the received item is in a flawed condition, a coupon of the same amount will be issued by online team & will be availed online only.

Order Cancellation:
You may cancel your order at any time before the shipping process. After the shipment of your order, you will receive an email with a tracking number against your order.

একই পণ্যের এক্সচেঞ্জ এর জন্য কোন অতিরিক্ত অর্থ প্রদান করতে হবে না, তবে এক্সচেঞ্জ সম্পূর্ণরূপে স্টকে থাকার উপর নির্ভর করবে। একটি ভিন্ন পণ্যের সাথেও এক্সচেঞ্জ করা সম্ভব, যদি আপনি আপনার পন্যর থেকে বেশি দামের কিছু নিতে চান সেক্ষেত্রে আপনাকে অতিরিক্ত মূল্য প্রদান করতে হবে।

আপনার এক্সচেঞ্জ/রিটার্ন সক্রান্ত কোনো অভিযোগ পাওয়ার পরে, আপনার অর্ডারটি প্রথমে আমাদের ই-কমার্স টিম দ্বারা যাচাই/চেক করা হবে এরপরে আপনাকে নতুন প্রদান করা হবে ( এটি নির্ভর করবে স্টকে থাকার উপর)
- আপনি শুধুমাত্র অনলাইন এবং আমাদের ইনফিনিটি মেগা মল এর শো-রুম হতে পন্যর সাইজ বা অন্য যেকোনো পণ্য পরিবর্তন করতে পারবেন। দ্রষ্টব্য: শো-রুম থেকে (শুধুমাত্র পন্যর সাইজ পরিবর্তন প্রযোজ্য)
ফেরত:
আমাদের রিফান্ডের জন্য কোন নীতি নেই, তবে পণ্যে ত্রুটিপূর্ণ অবস্থায় থাকলে, একই পন্য বা সমপরিমান অর্থের অন্য কোনো পন্য প্রদান করা হবে এবং শুধুমাত্র অনলাইনের মাধ্যমেই কুরিয়ারে পন্যটি ডেলিভারী করা হবে।

নির্দেশ বাতিলকরণ:
- আপনি আপনার অর্ডারকৃত পন্যটি শিপিং হওয়া থেকে শুরু করে আমাদের ডেলিভারি টিমের থেকে বুঝে নেবার আগ পর্যন্ত কোনো নিদিষ্ট কারন দর্শানোর মাধ্যমে রির্টান করতে পারবেন। আপনি অর্ডার করার সাথে সাথে আমাদের থেকে একটি ট্র্যাকিং নম্বর সহ একটি ইমেইল এবং মেসেজ পাবেন।
- ইনফিনিটি মেগা মল যে কোনোর দামে যদি ভুল বা টেকনিক্যাল কোনো ক্রটি থাকে কিংবা পন্যটি স্টকে নাহ থাকে তাহলে অর্ডার বাতিল করার অধিকার সংরক্ষন করবে।
- ডিস্কাউন্টের কোনো পন্য ফেরত বা সাইজ পরিবর্তন করা যাবে নাহ।
